Where are the three Clover RPG wagon wheels?
Search behind the Blacksmith, by the fence outside the Inn, and inside the Alchemist Watchtower north of the Inn. These positions are described and illustrated in TechWiser’s October 25 guide. Collect all three for Old Man Adelfus’s A Friend in Need quest in Kamo.

The saved Fandom beginner guide names Blacksmith, Inn and Large Tower. TechWiser adds screenshots and calls the tower stop Alchemist Watchtower. Use its illustrated positions for the search; this page does not invent coordinates or assume that every tower label refers to the same structure.
Who gives the quest?
The quest reference names Old Man Adelfus in Kamo and describes recovering three wagon wheels. The entry is titled A Friend in Need. That distinguishes the task from gathering, mining and the broom races that also appear in the opening region's material.
The supported outline is to obtain the task, find the three listed wheels and return to the quest giver. The checked source does not provide an enforced pickup order or a verified rule for collecting them before acceptance. When should you do it?
The material lists the task among Kamo side quests. It also records the separate tutorial involving Chief Farris, Vulcan, Eira, Johan, Old Roderick and Captain Dalen. That supports treating the wheels as one available topic in the opening region, rather than a replacement for the tutorial sequence.
No measured fastest route or mandatory timing relative to Johan was established. Flight is discussed in the beginner material, but the sources do not prove that taking this quest after a specific step eliminates all travel. For the documented tutorial order, read the beginner guide.
What if a wheel is missing?
Exact spawn conditions, respawn timing and progress persistence after logout remain Unconfirmed / 待确认. The material does not establish that failing to accept the quest is the most common cause of a missing wheel. It also does not show that walking behind a particular fence will resolve every missing-object case.
Compare the illustrated search positions with the objective visible in your game. The new guide supports a more useful route, but does not establish a fixed respawn timer or prove how logout affects progress. Those are separate mechanics from where its screenshots show a wheel.
